Core Stabilization Series
Informative and interactive, this 3-week series created by Kinesiologist Pam Pedlow and Treloar Physiotherapy Clinic combines mat work, exercise balls and a take-home guide so that you can continue building core strength even when the series is over. Participants will leave with a strong understanding of the core muscle group and an exercise regime to help you maintain the results you achieve.
